Regarding Oracle license migration

As we will be buying the licenses on the name of Baroda Pioneer Asset Management Co Ltd. (where Baroda has got 49 % stake). After 2-3 months the name of the company will change to Baroda Asset Management (100 %
subsidiary of Bank of Baroda). What will be the implication? Can we continue using the same licenses in new company?
