Regarding Berkley DB Xml with Vista

Hello,

I need help regarding Berkley DB Xml 2.4.16. I have installed this version but when i try to run shell, i am recieving this error
"the system is unable to find specified registry key or value,
ECHO is off",
i am using vista 64 bit operating system and working on C# visual studio 2008.
So what is reason, can someone of you guide what should i do?
or Does this verson support Vista or visual studio 2008, and in the documentation there is no document for .net.
