Reg: Usage of APEX 3.0 to build CMS Application

Hi All,

Now I am planning to use APEX 3.0 on Oracle 10g Database Standard Edition.
I would like to use this tool for building Content Management System
[Main concentration is on Metadata management].

My questions are:
1) Can I go with this tool to build the CMS [for Metadata] ?
2) Is there any complete reference book, as my application contains of much complex logical content and validations. Want to maintain same page for 8 modules with different content based on conditions, including of pages and also there should be smooth navigation.
