whil calling tuxedo API AccountLocateFindByServiceId , we are getting the below .
some times it is succesful but some times the error is coming.

terrapin.tuxedo.TuxError: TPENOENT - no entry found : TPED_TERM - Terminated from the application

request is getting called from a external application.

can any one let me know when this error will come
