Reg : Preffered Language Setting in Webcenter Portal and Webcenter Spaces

Hi ,
We have a requirement , where a user can choose his preffered language in Webcenter Spaces user preferences (Only English/Spanish), the same has to be available in Portal also.

I tried oracle.webcenter.generalsettings.model.LanguageSetting and did a POC,
but it stores user preference data in MDS in Application Specific context, i.e. Language preferences for Space is different from Language Preference for portal.

can you guys provide me some workaround to achive this?? (Our dosen't want to use DB to store the Preferences).
