reg: oracle NCA error in connecting oracle forms server 10g on default port

hi techies,

In my company Load Runner is being used for Performance testing.
I installed Oracle Forms and Reports Application Server10g(9.0.4.0.1) and now when they are doing recording through Load Runner they are getting the error below.

Actually this application will opened using http://URL using Oracle Jinitiator...
ERROR :nca_connect_server cannot contact the oracle server on deffault port 80.

If any techies are aware of this error please help us...............and i want to know is it related to ORACLE AS in any aspect...if so how?
