Hi All,

We are working for one client. in one application some jobs got scheduled.if it fails we will receive some tickets with priority. some tickets we will resolve and some tickets will be there in open stage.Every month we are preparing one report manually like we received these many files.we are creating the for every month as follows

date||start_time(HH:MI:SS)||end_time(HH:MI:SS)||status(open/closed)||jobname.

can any one please guide me i want to write a code which it should create report automatically.
