Refresh Parent Window and then Close Popup

I have a page that has a Report and a Preview button on it. When clicked, it opens a popup page, that allows editing of the clicked record. On the Popup page there is a Submit button, to update the record.

After clicking submit from the popup page, I want to do the following...

Update the record (works fine)

Refresh my parent windows' Report (Can't figure this out)

Close the popup window (Can't Figure This Out)
