Refresh only section of JSP page

Hi all,

I don't know if this is possible at all, but just thought i'd give it a try.

I have a JSP page with a few <jsp:include> directives, like header, footer, content, nav, etc. Now is it possible to reload just one of the above includes, eg the nav page rather than reloading the whole JSP page?

Any input on this would be great.
