Refresh an LOV

hello..

i want ask that how do i refresh my LOV, whenever i move on to the new record, with the updated record group.
i have createt record group at design time.

LOV's Automatic Refresh property is set YES.

i have to exit form & come back again to see the updated LOV..

any help TY
