Referring image from a table in Mail body

Hi All,

I want to refer an image in mail body which is being sent using Apex_mail.send procedure. As image and email is being generated dynamically. I can't upload image in shared component or in server. It has to be in database table.

I referred http://www.apexninjas.com/blog/2011/09/uploading-and-displaying-images-in-apex/ , but it needs a active Apex session, Image doesn't appear in Mail box.

I am using APEX 5 and Oracle 11.4.2.

Can anyone suggest about the solution ? Let me know if you need any other details
