Reducing Database Latency from 100 ms to 20 ms

825340May 18 2011 — edited May 19 2011
I have replication of distributed database in two location, and the updated information is delay up to 100 ms latency I want to reduce it by 10-25 ms latency. Please provide me the solutions.
Hardware and network level we have improved at our level max. I need to dig in to database areas where to tune to improve the performance and ensuring high availability
The distance of both location is approx 3000 Miles.

Thanks
Anam Ahmad
