Redock the log/message window in it's orginial place at the bottom?

How do I re-dock the log/message window in it's orginal place at the bottom? When ever I try re-docking it goes to the left side of the screen. I can drag and float the window back done to the bottom but I would prefer for it to go back to it's orginal position. I've located the windowinglayout.xml file but not really sure what I should change.

JDeveloper: 10.1.3.3
