redo on +data , does it really required to be multiplexed on +fra

Dear Experts,

Does it really recommended to mutiplex the redologs onto +fra.

My concern why it is should be and why it should not be.

Although 10k rpm is slower than 15k rpm . So this may slowdown the database .

raid 10 on +data (15K rpm)

raid 10 on +fra (10K rpm)

v$log has is_recoverable is YES when copy is on +fra
