redo log got inactive.

HI,
my oracle database 19c got struct in oci.
some redo log file are to be archived we are getting below error.

ORA-16038: log 1 sequence# 631 cannot be archived
ORA-00254: error in archive control string ''
ORA-00312: online log 1 thread 1: '+RECO/ONPREMDB_BOM14Q/ONLINELOG/group_1.257.1102490443'
ORA-07283: sksaprd: invalid volume size for archive destination.

please find the below output.
GROUP# STATUS
---------- ----------------
1 INACTIVE
3 CURRENT
2 INACTIVE
two redo log file are got inactive. i do not know how it got inactive.
please reply as soon as possible. it is production database.
