redirect to specific page on click of a button

Hi,

From page 'A' after clicking submit , i m redirected to page 'C'. Similarly from page 'B' after clicking submit , i m redirected to same page 'C'. Now i have a 'home' button in page 'C'. so now when i click on 'home' button then it should be redirected to page from which it (page C) was called , ie either page 'A' or 'B'. I am using apex 4.2.

Pls help
