Redirect to same tab after page submit

Hi,

I am working on the Apex Version 23.1. I have a page which contains Tabs Container region having 6 tabs. In one of the tab I have an IG with a save button. When I add a new row in the IG or submit the page the tabs container jumps to the first tab. I need to make the page so that after I page submit the page reloads on the tab which was active before the submit.

I found a few solutions shared for doing this but none of them are working for me. If you have any solution in regards to this please provide.
