redirect to a page on 400 Bad Request

Hi,
Is it possible to redirect to a page in the application when an invalid page number is entered in the URL. The error we see on the UI is 400 Bad Request and the requirement is to redirect to another page when page numbers that don't exist is entered in the URL.
APEX Version: 21.1
