redirect requests which are in system administrator queue to actual role owner in OIM

Hi,

Scenario :

There are 3 roles in OIM for which there are role owners, but by mistake "Role Owner" has been assigned as 'System Administrator". Now, all the approval requests are with system administrator.

1) Is there a way to BULK change/update  the approval requests which are in system administrators queue to redirect to actual role owner so that they will be approved by actual approver. We have REASSIGN option to reassign to other person.But, we need to do a bulk reassign.

2) How to get the list of tasks in  OIM self service "My Inbox"  tab and also request id corresponding to Task number

3) How to get the list of request in queue to be approved by system administrator for a particular role ?

we have already corrected the role owner for this 3 roles.

We are on OIM 11gR2 PS2.

Please suggest. Appreciate your help on this.
