Redirect Login Page to Reset Password Page

Assalamoalikum,

I am using Oracle Apex 18.1 want to redirect the Login Page (9999) to the Reset Password Page (2). I am using the code in Post Text of Remember me as mention below

but it is not redirecting, In User Interface Detail under Shared Components the Home URL and Login URL are mention below
