Recursive SQL Error

Hello everyone,

I get an error in my "bdump\alert_oracle.log" file that points to a Recursive SQL Error. According to the programmers, we are not running and Recursive SQL code or triggers. Below is the error I'm getting. This error is repeating itself every second for about a hundred times. Any lead in the right direction will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
