Recovery of System datafile

Hallo,

We use Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production. We have got an ORA-01578 in our production database. ORA-01110: System01.dbf is corrupted. Database is in noarchivelog mode And we have a cold backup of system file. I believe i can restore and recover the system datafile alone from the cold backup, is it correct? I want to understand what kind of data will i lose if i restore to a backup from 2 months before? Will we lose all the data for this 2 months if i restore the system01.dbf file alone?
