Recovery of SYSAUX datafile

hello all,
my SYSAUX tablespace has a datafile that during a export process is going failed to read with following error

EXP-00056: ORACLE error 376 encountered
ORA-00376: file 3 cannot be read at this time
ORA-01110: data file 3: '+DISKGROUP/ora10g/datafile/sysaux.652.210347872'

and after this datafile go to RECOVER status(in v$datafiles) and not accessible .EM is failed and EXP, EXPDP from full schema is fail.
if i haven't backup of this datafile , are possible this datafile be recover ?
versions:
OS=WIN2003R2-x64
ORA=10.2.0.2
DiskManagement=ASM
