Recovery and Control file

Hello Experts
I have a database(Oracle 9i on RHEL 4.2 in archive mode), what happens if my all control files missed along with a datafile and I do not have any backup of the control file(backup of all datafiles is there) ?
Am I able to recover the database(after creating the control file manually) without loss of data ?
