Recovering Databae Express, Log files missed

Hello,
I am using Oracle Express edition 10g,
Log files hase deleted, now i can't access to data.

Can i recover database using data files and control files only,

the database system is running in NOARCHIVELOG Mode.

Any suggestions please,
