Recovering a crashed database

almawajdehJan 27 2015 — edited Feb 5 2015

Hi all,

I have an oracle database10.2g installed on customer PC, there were a lot of viruses in that pc, the customer installed Avast Antivirus and the Antivirus has deleted a lot of files....

the problem that i can't access the database it tell me that no listener, i tried to create a listener from 'Net Configuration Assistant' wizard but it didn't work.

My question: Is there a way to recover/restore the database from the control files, knowing that there is no backup (i mean, i didn't create a backup using RMAN>backup database; )

when i connect rman target /, it give me a listener problem.

i tried to copy these files

CONTROL01.CTL

CONTROL02.CTL

CONTROL03.CTL

REDO01.LOG

REDO02.LOG

REDO03.LOG

SYSAUX01.DBF

SYSTEM01.DBF

TEMP01.DBF

UNDOTBS01.DBF

USERS01.DBF

into a new pc with the same database version, name and path. and i applied RMAN instructions but it give me

RMAN-06026: some targets not found - aborting restore

RMAN-06023: no backup or copy of datafile 4 found to restore

RMAN-06023: no backup or copy of datafile 3 found to restore

RMAN-06023: no backup or copy of datafile 2 found to restore

RMAN-06023: no backup or copy of datafile 1 found to restore

Is it possible to restore a database from the above files only ?

Any Idea?

Thanks in advance
