Recover Lost Worksheet

I have been learning SQL using SQL Developer for a few weeks now. Until yesterday, everything I'd typed into the worksheet for a given connection got saved and was still there when I started the program up again later. When I started up SQL Developer yesterday the worksheets were blank. I don't know if I accidentally did something to clear them, or if it happened on its own. Is there any way to recover all of the text? I back up my hard drive weekly and I tried restoring files that I could find, but I don't know where everything gets saved so it's possible, if not likely, I missed it. I know that I can check the SQL History window for the statements that I executed, which is a start, but that lacks all the notes I'd made for myself along the way which have been very beneficial for reviewing during the learning process, so I would really like to get all of it back if at all possible.
