Recover database without the RMAN recovery catalog

I've lost all datafiles for a database as well as the RMAN recovery catalog database. I have 2 of 3 controlfiles, a hot backup of the datafiles from last night, all archivelogs since then, and the redo logs.

What would be my steps to recover from this? The more details the better!
