recover corrupted block

Hi all,

I have a development database on Linux,11g release 2

I had to export the database(expdp), which was success but gave an error saying a block is corrupt in a datafile.

DB is in archivelog mode with no RMAN backup, so i tried to backup database plus archivelog which inturn gave error an archivelog(about 3 months back archivelog) is corrupt.

backing up just database also gave error for corrput block...

confused as to what to do..

kindly help me out..
