Recover a dropped table

OS: Linux
DB:12cR2
Hello All,
I was asked a question as below:
You have DB of 50 TB and someone accidentally drops a table of 1 MB, we need to recover this dropped table.
Conditions:
Dropped with purge option
Recovery to be done in minimum time
No space available to restore the entire database
Flashback is not availbale
level 0 backup is available

Please advise what will be the best option for this.
