Record count in Tabular Form to display in Confirmation message before MRU

Good day.

I hope you're doing fine.

Would like to seek help with my problem in tabular form.

Im using the built in update MRU of tabular form. I need to get the count of records(to be updated) to display in the confirmation message when Apply Changes is clicked, before records will be updated, so that the user will know if he's tagging correct no. of items.

Could someone help me to do this. thank you.
