Record all DDL commands to a text file

Enterprise Manager Console (v10 and earlier) had a feature that would append all DDL commands to a text file specified in the preferences. Is there a similar feature in SQL Developer? I need to make changes to a test version of a database and then have the DBA apply these changes to a production version.
