All,
Installing different 11.1.2.4 Hyperion products in a distributed environment.
Server 1 - Foundation / EAS. I was able to install and configure products.
Server 2 - Essbase
And on Server1 on did "Configure Webserver" for type IIS.
Able to log into workspace and shared services.
Now on server3, I have installed and configured Calc Manager.
When I try to reconfigure web server on Server1, web server type IIS is unavailable.
The only options available are
The following is from Oracle® Enterprise Performance Management System Installation and Configuration Guide
Automatic web server configuration with EPM System Configurator is supported only for the web server installed by EPM System Installer (Oracle HTTP Server or the proxy web Server) or IIS.
If you deploy any additional products, reconfigure the web Server and then restart it (or simply restart it if you configured Oracle HTTP Server to a shared drive) on each machine hosting Foundation Services.
Then, refresh EPM Workspace on each Foundation Services host machine in your deployment.
Is the first line of text indicating I don't have to reconfigure IIS?
Any thoughts on why IIS is missing while reconfiguring web server?
