Reconciliation Issues in OIM

Hi Friends,

I have done the Provisioning Process and got stuck in Reconciliation. I'm using OIM and Trusted Source as OID.

1) When i create or Modify any user in OID, it is not getting Reflected in OIM.
2) When i Run the Scheduled Task, i.e, OID user Recon and OID Lookup Reconciliation Task, it is always in the INACTIVE state.

I'm not getting any error message.
