Reconcile Orgabnisation Data

being new to OIM, its been a tedious way ahead. well the scenario is that we already have a DB that maintain our users and organizations info. what we want to do is to get all the information of users as well as organizations in the OIM database. the DATA Table Application Connector is designed for reconciliation of USR only. however, if i do not select Trusted Source option, the mapping with the organization table is made in step 3 of creating generic technology connector. where the table is mapped to the organization table in our original schema. now when i run the scheduled task for the connector, no records are populated in OIM.
am i doing something wrong? or missing somethings?
