Recon Event remains in Event Received state

Hi OIM experts,

I just had an issue in OIM while reconciling a user account from a trusted source. The user was marked on Leave on May 13th. The event was received but not linked to the existing user.

Each day we get an event with the same changes, but it doesnt get updated in OIM as the Event remains in Received state.

Please advice, as to what the problem could be.
