Recomended steps to upgrade 10.2.0.4 (32bit) to 12c (64bit)

Hello,

we would like to upgrade old Oracle 10.2.0.4 (32bit) running on CentOS 5 to Oracle 12c (64bit) running on CentOS 7

We would like to perform this upgrade without long DB outage.

I know that 10.2.0.4 on old server needs to be upgraded to 10.2.0.5 to allow automatic upgrade with DBUA

What steps would you recommend? Database has approx. 100GB size and EXPDP/IMPDP would take too much processing time

What steps would you recommend to perform this upgrade?
