receiving error ORA-26786 in logical standby

Dear All,

In the logical standby I am getting error ORA-26786: A row with key string exists but has conflicting column(s) string in table string during replication process during UPDATE or DELETE statements since last few days.

Here, Data Guard status is STANDBY. Database was created ONE year back and since then never received this error but since last few days getting this error only few of the tables.


OS: Solaris 10 SPARC(64-bit)

DB version: 11.2.0.3
