Receiving Error #3032 when migrating an Access 2007 database

I have downloaded the Access 2007 migration tool (omwb2007.zip) provided by Oracle for converting Access tables and forms to Apex.

When I run the migration tool on my Access database, I receive the following error:

Error #3032 - XMLExporter - Method 'Run' of object '_Application' failed H:\My Projects\DCT Access Apps\Existing Access Files\Supply ordering_v2nonweb.accdb Database Schema Export did not complete successfully.

I did a search on the Apex documentation for this error number, but did not find any information.

So wondering if anyone has an idea on how to proceed with this issue?
