I am an Authorized Representative of EvidenceCare
The CODE Console account where I'm listed as an authorized rep of EvidenceCare is associated with my gmail address (listed below). I've also created a new account using my EvidenceCare email today in case these accounts need to be merged to complete the admin re-assignment.
The prior owner was Allen Hendricks (although this may have been orphaned some time back when his account with EvidenceCare was disabled).
