Reason Why this error I am getting is due to the Silk performer application or any other reason

I have used Silk Performer version 21.0 to record a business flow for a VB application which works on Tuxedo Protocol.
used Tuxedo(ATMI) to record the project .
When doin a try script run, it runs perfectly fine
But when doing an actual verification test for single virtual user with multiple iterations(number: 2) . I am getting the following errors

Please help me to find out what is the actual reason behind getting these errors
