Reason for OCI-21500

Hi,

I have started getting this error in some of my Perl/DBI code ...

OCI-21500: internal error code, arguments: [kghssgai5], [4080], [180326480], [24], [], [], [], []

I can't find any reference to this (kghssgai5) internal error number that might help me track the problem down.

Can anyone help me?
