APEX

It takes 60 seconds after I press a tab before I see the next page. It takes another 60 seconds
before the flag in the browser (top right) stops flowing. It's like each page is
timed to open after 60 seconds. Exactly.

I used SQL Dev to query the tables and there was no delay.

EM shows no delay.

This happens with all apps - including ones I haven't modified for many months.

What did I change ? Nothing that I remember.

Someone suggest setting shared services to 20. I did. Nothing changes.
I turned on debug and there is nothing reveling.

It takes 60 seconds even when I go to edit a page before the edit page is displayed.

What did I do ?

Any ideas ?
