Real Demo on XML / SWF Charts on htmldb.oracle.com

Thanks to Joel Kallman and the people from htmldb.oracle.com, I was
able to setup a working demo of XML Charts. They installed the required
files on the server.

The intention is to give some ideas on utilizing the package. If you are interested,
