Real Applications running on Internet versus Intranet
545439Feb 1 2007 — edited Feb 6 2007Does anyone know where there are any Forms applications running on the Internet that are viewable via a demo? I am having a serious discussion with friends that are hardcore Java Applet developers and they say there are NO Real World applications running on the Internet besides Oracle Applications. I say forms have been around so long there must be some somewhere, but I have not been able to find them. Their contention is why would anyone want to write a new application in Forms when NO one is doing it today. My argument is that Forms has it limitations but since it has been around so long that it is stable and some people are using it on the internet.
