Reading uknown DB *.dat and *.idx files

I'm trying to read the tables structure and data of a couple of *.dat and *.idx files. I don't know what DB are they created with - I tried diffrent db managers but noone recognized them. Some file examples are here (rar archive 304 kb): http://zorko.ru/_db2read.rar
Any help much appreciated.
