Java Programming

Hi,

I am trying to read a file that includes Turkish words. I can read words by using this clause :

       inFile = new BufferedReader(new InputStreamReader(new FileInputStream(path), "LATIN5"));

But, file has apostrophe character that i could not read it in java. That character seems as "?" while program reading that file. For example:

Exact sentence is (in file):"Borsada düşüşü öngördü, krizde yüzde 73.3’lük fırsat yarattı"
Read sentence is :"Borsada düşüşü öngördü, krizde yüzde 73.3?lük fırsat yarattı"

How can i fix it?
