Hi,

We have a requirement that we have to send approval request mail using apex_mail.send by having events(Buttons type) like APPROVE, REJECT etc in the mail and have to read the approval response after user clicking APPROVE, REJECT buttons in the first line of the mail .

we have done some R&D but we didn't find the any source which helps us.

Kindly please confirm about the feasibility to do our requirement through the oracle APEX instance.

Please let me know for any clarifications about the this.
