Read-Only datafile recovery ?

If one of the tablespaces is read-only in my database. And I loose all control files. Eventually I re-create
the control file.
Is there anything in particular I need to do for my read-only tablespace ?

Does oracle fail to recognize the datafile associated with this read-only tablespace ? (and possibly I need to do any renaming)
