Read only CKEditor 3, or any other full supported html display solution

Hello!

I would like to display a content made in CKEditor to user, but only for view. Are there any possibilities to disable/make read only the CKEditor 3?

I tried to display result in normal "display only" item, but font sizes doesn't showed as in the editor.
